The part fit my Corvette right the first time, which was a relief and saved me from messing around with adjustments. That said, it felt basic overall and I wouldn’t say there was anything especially impressive about it beyond the fit. Still, it did the job.

I ordered a part from Ecklers Corvette and ended up needing to send it back, and the whole return process was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do think a company should make it clear and fair when a customer needs to return something.
It felt like I had to hunt around just to figure out the basic steps, and when I reached out to customer service, the response took longer than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear either, and then having to pay return shipping on top of it just made the whole thing feel even more unfair.
I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s taking longer than I think is reasonable. At this point, I’d be really hesitant to order from them again unless I absolutely had no other option.

This exchange was such a hassle. I had to follow up with them twice just to get things moving, and the whole time it felt like nobody was really bothered about helping me. Super frustrating for something that should’ve been simple.

I looked around at a few shops before ordering, and Eckler's Corvette ended up having the better price on the part I needed. I always pay attention to the little stuff at checkout, like whether the shipping suddenly makes the deal worse, but it stayed fair and didn’t bump the total up too much. Nothing flashy about it, just a solid price and a checkout total that made sense.

"Inventory info seemed off"
In my experience, the inventory info on the site wasn’t accurate. I tried ordering a part that showed as in stock, but later found out it wasn’t actually available. It ended up wasting some time and made the whole order more frustrating than it needed to be. I just wish the stock status was kept more up to date.

I did get my refund eventually, so it worked out in the end, but it definitely took longer than I was expecting. Support was kind of hit or miss too, they helped, but it didn’t feel especially smooth or quick.

I was trying to look up parts on ecklerscorvette.com, and uh, it ended up being way more annoying than I expected. The pages were slow, the search results kept bringing up stuff that didn’t really match, and the filters only seemed to work sometimes. I had to keep clicking around just to find basic info, which got old fast. Even the cart felt kind of clunky. I ended up giving up before placing an order. The site really needs to be cleaned up and made easier to use
"Warranty support was really decent"
I had to use the warranty support and it was really okay overall. Nothing amazing, but they handled it well and got things sorted without too much hassle.

"The discount wasn’t as good as I expected"
I checked out ecklerscorvette.com because I saw a promo and thought I was about to save a decent amount. Once I got to checkout, though, the discount barely made a difference because of all the exclusions. It was frustrating after thinking I’d found a good deal.
On top of that, the shipping cost basically wiped out most of what I did save, so it didn’t really feel like a bargain in the end. The site itself was fine to use, but I wish the promos were more upfront about what actually qualifies

"Trusted my gut and it paid off"
I ordered a few parts for my Corvette i’m glad I trusted my instinct on this one. The quality was better than I expected, everything fit the way it should, and none of it felt cheap or flimsy. I’ve had some bad experiences with random parts in the past, so this was a really nice change. I’d definitely buy from Ecklers Corvette again.

I get that shipping delays happen, and I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect, but the tracking was frustrating. The site said my parts had shipped, yet the carrier didn’t show any updates for days, so I had no idea what was actually going on. I kept checking because I needed to plan around the delivery, which I think is reasonable. The order did finally show up, just later than expected and with no real notice. The parts themselves were fine, but the tracking experience made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

I got my Corvette parts quick, so that was good. But one of the trim pieces was missing, and another box showed up with a cracked corner. Customer service did get back to me, it just took a few days. Not the worst experience or anything, but yeah, it was kinda annoying.

I ordered a Corvette part from Ecklers because the description made it sound like it was the exact fit for my car. Once it arrived, it was obvious it wasn’t the same as what was listed, and it didn’t line up right at all.
I went back and checked the page thinking maybe I had missed some detail, but the info was just unclear or inaccurate. What made it more annoying was feeling like I was being talked down to when trying to sort it out, like I didn’t understand what I ordered. Now I’m stuck dealing with the return, and the whole thing was just a waste of time...

I had a part on backorder and was a little nervous at first, but Ecklers did a nice job keeping me in the loop. I got email updates explaining the status and the expected timing, which I really appreciated. It did take a bit, but I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or wonder what was happening. The part arrived right when they said it would, and the communication made the wait a lot easier
